Chef Mario Arrua has over 18 years of experience in
the hospitality, food and beverage and cheffing arenas. Originally
hailing from Argentina, Mario comes to Denver by way of Miami, a
culinary mecca. His style is simple and straightforward...but
his presentation is always elegant. His menu
reflects a taste for well-prepared and properly seasoned
food.

Pappas apprenticed to a master French baker and travelled to
Martigues, France where she worked in a Provençal
patisserie-boulangerie under the tutelage of Algerian, Spanish and
French chefs. Her clients often say that her pastries, cakes
and cookies remind them of the French pastries they have
tasted around the world...whether in Paris or Tokyo or
Berlin...those beautiful forms of food art that are not overly
sweet but full of flavor.
