EVERYDAY
CAKES
We mix from scratch
a very traditional French genoise (chocolate or vanilla) that is
then flavored and moistened with syrup (non-alcoholic or alcoholic)
and filled with mousse or our made-from-scratch
buttercream. We make our creme patissiere, frangipane,
ganache and buttercreams in-house using only the finest quality
ingredients. Our pate sucree, pate brisee and pate
sablee are made with fresh, sweet butter and you can really taste
the difference! |
Cakes are available in
the following sizes: 7", 9", 10", 12", 14", 16", 1/4 sheet, 1/2
sheet and full sheet. Prices vary by size...please call for
information. |
