Cocktail Corn Cakes
with Crème Fraiche and Salsa (V)
Course Two - Soup or Salad
Butternut Squash Soup with Shrimp Salsa
(may be served vegetarian without shrimp salsa)
Demi Salad of Greens with Champagne Vinaigrette (V)
Course Three - Entree
Steak (Filet Mignon) (cooked to order) with a Mushroom Demi-Glace Sauce, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables du jour
Grilled breast of chicken topped with a creamy rock shrimp sauce, served with basmati rice and vegetables du jour
(may be served without rock shrimp sauce, if preferred, for dietary/allergy reasons)
Chilean Sea Bass filet topped with a tomato fresca sauce, served with basmati rice and vegetables du jour
Vegetarian phyllo pocket filled with layers of vegetables, fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, accompanied by basmati rice and vegetables du jour (V)

From numerous original songs, acoustic interpretations of classic rock tunes, 1940's jazz standards, all the way to bluegrass and blues, they put their own mark on a broad, eclectic mix of music. Eric's unique touch on the guitar over Joe's classy bass backs Anne's remarkably sweet, pure and honest voice, all while riding Zac's magical percussion on the cajon.
